Missions
Christ gave his disciples a task to complete when he was about to leave them. It is to take the Gospel of His free grace to the ends of the earth. This task is still unfinished; the commission has never been withdrawn.
We seek to obey this commission as a church and as a presbytery. Some of our young people have been on short term or gap year missions, and we support other missionaries, and missions.
Pamoja
One mission we support is Pamoja, a Christian organisation working in Kenya. Pamoja seeks to bring both spiritual and practical aid to the people of Kenya, specifically to orphans and their wider families. Recently the church has helped Pamoja finance the building of a primary school, so that orphans who are looked after by the mission may receive a Christian based education.
