Children in services

Children are welcome to all of our services, and we can happily cope with some background noise (indeed, there are times when you may wish or need to explain something to your child during the service).

In the 11am service we often have a children’s talk, as well as a Sunday School during the sermon, during term time.

For each service, an unmanned creche is available, so if a very small one (baby or toddler) is not able to sit through any part of the service, or if you need to take them out for a feed or a change, someone will be able to direct you.

ROOTED (ages 11+)

Fridays (7- 8:30pm), fortnightly

We meet fortnightly in term time  – see calendar for dates – at someone’s home. We share some food and study God’s word, so that we are equipped and rooted to live for him.

Occasionally we have some get togethers with similar groups from our sister Churches.

Impact (students & 20s)

Sunday lunchtimes (after 11am service), monthly

Impact is a monthly lunch and Bible study at the Manse for students & 20s after the 11am service – see calendar for dates. Every other month we gather with similar groups from sister Churches and have an annual conference.

Our aim is to help students to integrate into the normal life of the church family, equip and encourage them in their discipleship and witness on campus and beyond, and to be ready for walking with Christ wherever he takes them next.
